Be careful to shop with this shop, because the customer service always find a stupid excuse and refuse to be responsible for their mistake. My wife bought a top from Hervia, and Hervia sent a wrong size, so my wife contacted Hervia. But Hervia refused to arrang their own pick-up service ( we are living in Australia) and they asked my wife to pay for the postage because they need to confirm that is wrong size. Two months later Hervia replied after our several emails saying they can only refund 30pounds for the postage instead of AUD$86.20 the amount we paid to post office! I do not understand why they need me to email the postage invoice if they could not refund it? And why nobody told us when we post the item?
