I placed my order last Friday, it arrived NY on Tuesday. Ever since it's being held at custom. DHL website said they needed more information from sender. I sent 2 emails to Hervia customer service, they said nothing they can do. Then I called DHL, asked them what information they need, they asked me what's in the package, I said a t-shirt, they said will contact me if they need more. For the past 3 days, I called DHL for status, still no update, it's Friday today. The issue is still not solved yet, I will call DHL Monday. I think it's bad communication between Hervia and DHL.
