Wrong item is arrived.
The design of the jacket was totally different from the images on website.
Of course, I asked for the refund.
However, CS team says the refund might be delayed until the returned goods arrival.
This might tie up my money for 3 weeks.
Also, I had to prepare a string of exacting documents for tax refunds from the customs.
Plus, I had to print return DHL labels by myself since they were not in the box.
A total nightmare :(
