Had to contact customer service many times. Received email from Hervia saying my credit was processed since Jan. 19th, today is Jan. 28th, still do not see credit posted on my
account. Furthermore Hervia sent me the wrong size and I had to return the sneakers
the return charges should be reimbursed.
