Hervia's prices are very good, and I had previously purchased from them. That time, though, I had a hiccup with Louis, the customer service rep, but the issue was resolved satisfactorily. This time, I emailed customer service to ask if there were any discount codes; although there are, Louis merely pointed me to the free shipping offer stated on the landing page--not much help. (A recent article in "The Wall Street Journal" (https://www.wsj.com/articles/neiman-marcus-finds-even-wealthy-shoppers-want-better-deals-1492362386) finds that even wealthy shoppers want better deals these days.) After placing my order, the turnaround time to dispatch and expedite it to me here in the U.S. was fantastic, well beyond my expectations. For the great prices and fast shipping, I will definitely be back! Hopefully next time, though, I will have a loyalty discount code in hand...!
