Hervia is so dear to me. I would like to give them a VERY GOOD overall rating because they were very consistent and prompt when it comes to delivery and personal request. However I had a recent transaction that unfortunately deliver a wrong size of shoes. They were so kind of pledging a full responsibility on reimbursing the shipment cost for returning item. It's just that custom duties and delivery charges can not be refunded. I just hope that this matter will not occur again because I really trusted and had so much respect in this company and it's always been a great pleasure doing business with them.
