Exceptional Service / great selection of contemporary clothing.
I always enjoy shopping at Hervia ( on line) because of the great selection of clothing and their exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a comme des garçon shirt in the sale. The shirt arrived promptly but had a few small marks on it. I contacted Hervia and was given the option of a complete refund on a further discount. I choose the later as I had purchased the shirt for a particular event and was given a further 10% discount.
