Wish I had read the review prior to making any purchases. This is a fraudulent company with inconsistent policies and no regard with customer care or satisfaction. If you are seller be very careful as I highly doubt they will be around next year with this level of service and lack of transparency. Much better off using or purchasing through Vestaire. Spoken to them via email and the tone is very unprofessional. Purchased item some of which are damaged and 1 is yet to be delivered but they won’t accept returns.
