Service is beyond awful. I would give zero stars if I could. This used to be a great place, sadly over the past six months the service has deteriorated greatly.
Bought a pair of Chanel shoes - size 37.5 - same size as all other pumps I bought in store from Chanel - however shoes are a half inch smaller! Have tried to contact the store for over one week to contact the store - phoned, messaged, email return and still mo reply - this is my last resort. Buyer beware!
