All I wanted was a pair of Hey Dudes. My brother and sister-in-law bought them for me for Mother’s Day… then life happened. My mom ended up having heart surgery mid-May and it didn’t go well and my son is getting married in 2 weeks. We are working so hard to get her well and it’s a heavy load to carry. I missed the deadline to exchange my shoes because I simply wanted another color. Hey Dude responded by saying that they were sorry, but that there was nothing they could do to help. I had literally just had the shoes for 30 days because they were a gift, and I never even put them on my feet. As excited as I was to have a pair of Hey Dudes, I don’t even want to pair anymore. For a company to be that large and have such poor customer service just makes me sad. I was so excited when I finally had a minute to take care of it. I couldn’t wait to get my shoes and now I have a pair that will collect dust in the closet. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because although I love the shoe, I wouldn’t support the company.
