I purchased a pair of Charlie style shoes after a friend recommended them as ‘the most comfortable shoes he’s ever had’ he wasn’t wrong. I love the style of them and I too have found them incredibly comfortable straight out the box. The elastic laces are a fixed length which having some adjustment may have been helpful. As general about town street shoes this isn’t really an issue. I would certainly recommend and will be looking for more styles like the Charlie in future.
