Ancient ridiculous convoluted returns process that is not clearly indicated on website! Postage Returns labels including in parcel returns slips MUST BE PRINTED! They do not use the QR code facility to just take to the post office. ALL LABELS MUST BE PRINTED! Customer service suggested i travel to local library to print labels off, but they would not reimburse costs for this inconvenience! So if you do not have access to a printer be warned before you purchase! Definitely not an environmentally friendly company!
