Hidden Hearing are very helpful especially the dispenser James Huxtable. He spent a lot of time trying to get me a better hearing experience, but unfortunately he was unsuccessful mainly due to the app not working as it should.
Understandably they insisted full payment before the trial began. I ended it several weeks ago and gave back the hearing aids to the dispenser but am still awaiting my refund which is probably again the interest. £3688 is a lot of money not to get back.
Beware before trusting them with this sort of commitment.
