From the moment I stepped through the door of their premises in YorkStreet & met Julie, with her welcoming smile & friendly manner, I felt at ease. My assessment by Lilly, the audiologist, was thorough, professional & informative. I was never made to feel pressurised & treated with respect & care. Lilly is a lady who loves her work & takes great care to make sure your visit is beneficial. The whole experience was a pleasure. What a difference the Hidden Hearing aids have made to my life. Having had to wear aids for over twenty years & still not being able to hear, I had gradually withdrawn from social gatherings, because I could not take part. Suddenly to hear again is wonderful..
