Hidden hearing Chiswick is awful. After confirming appointment by phone & email TWICE, I was cancelled by a very rude staff. She called two weeks later and a day before due appointment to cancel while she was walking to her car, then slammed her car door and ended the call abruptly. When I wrote to the company to complain they , no surprises there , said their staff are professional and would not make calls using private client data outside their offices. When I challenged her and I asked for a copy of the call I received, I was told “ on this occasion we do not have the phone call recording” ! Don’t waste time waiting for your appointment , as they do not have enough staff and they offer very limited service, awful one in fact.
