I reported my broken hearing aids on 31st August and had an appointment for today at 1.15pm and was looking forward as at 85years of age ,my comfort is my tv,I am unable to hear this as they seem to have no sound coming through them. At half an hour before the agent was due I received a phone call from Llandudno to say the agents car had broken down(which I don't believe) and was told that the next appointment was next made for next Wednesday,I have spent a few grand with Hidden Hearing,I have also reported that the right aid is not working several times in the past,I always said that I did not need both but was talked into buying both by the agent at the time. I have been made to feel that my case is not important,and have gone to the back of the queue ,I was also told that I am the only customer on Anglesey.
