I felt that they understood what i was going through and understood what i need, i had NHS hearing aid but it was just too much for me and i never wore them but coming to hiden hearing was a whole different exprience what a difference it made.i feel i have alot of confidence and hear so much better im happier than i have been in a long time to hear more is wonderful.hiden hearing you made me understand what i really was missing.thank you.
