Chloe is enormously patient & has the knack of the right approach with my mother. Mother really needed to update her aid but was v reluctant. Mother now has a brand new wonderfully functioning aid which despite Mother’s initial reluctance to accept the aid I’m sure it will be of great value to her. Thank you Chloe.
