The visit to my husband and I from Charlotte, the audiologist was a very pleasant experience, she was punctual, polite, considerate, and went out of her way to help with a problem I had with one of my aids not functioning correctly, taking it away for repair. and promising to return it ASAP, either in person, or by first class mail.
