As usual, Darren Newman arrived spot on time and was very professional. He is always polite and treats me as an individual, being aware of my own personal needs. He always goes the extra mile and puts me at ease. He is a great asset to your company. However, I have mentioned to Darren that my wife has had problems when ringing the main office and I feel that this rather lets the company down, as first impressions are important.
