The staff at Truro branch were excellent; the receptionist was so friendly and most welcoming. There was a drinks machine readily available (& some Quality Street sweets). The audiologists was charming and explained everything so straightforwardly so that I could understand exactly what was happening. There was no sales pressure. I have highly recommended them to friends and acquaintances. I feel extremely pleased that I selected this place to have my hearing test. With grateful thanks for a job well done. Deirdre Childs.
