I was seen by audiologist KELSEY Evans. A very pleasant young lady who was totally professional in all aspects of her duties. I was very satisfied with her assessment. The cost though of having one of your hearing aids was a little out of my pocket. I will have to continue using my NHS one, but I do wish to put on record that your hearing aid
was a far superior audio quality than the one I have. It's such a shame that it would have taken me 3 years to pay for it though. But good luck for the future.
