I can only comment on the professional approach from Rachel the audiologist who certainly knows her stuff and speaks very clearly.As I don't have my hearing aids until the latter part of next week,I can only comment on what has happened so far.The ultimate proof will be that the horrendous cost will be mitigated by perfect hearing.
