I was impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail of the tests, and how pleasant but professional the audiologist was. I resisted being sold the most expensive aids because they were too much for me but agreed to a 30 day trial of another set. However i was careful to establish my right to decline if i was not totally happy at the end of the trial.
