The employee who visited me was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. But I was surprised by one comment. When I said my left ear was never quite comfortable she said that it was because my left ear was a little out of place-no problem, but I would have expected the aid to have adjusted to that. if they are individually made Can anything be done about this?
