Discussions with Consultant went very well, hearing aids provided are very good and follow-upseems to be working.considerable difficulty in arranging follow-up at convenient time as it seems very difficult to speak to a real live person at the branch.no doubt just unfortunate, but my follow-up appointment has been changed three times - illnesses, internet problems etc
