The locum who did my check 6 months ago did not reset screech and also more tellingly did not tell me that i only had 4 months before my 30% update saving from hidden hearing expired!
David initially said i could have the 30% but then said no. He changed his mind a few hours later when i indicated that i had contacted oticon and had gone on google looking for a better price.
