The hearing examiner was very professional and knowledgeable. I might add that I appreciated her comments regarding my hearing test and it's results. At this time as a retired person I couldn't possibly afford to purchase "inside the ear" hearing aides at 4000 pounds. I don't want the option of "over the ear" hearing aids. There are many companies offering very high tech hearing aids at much more reasonable prices.
