The appointment was well arranged.The Hidden Hearing gentleman arrived on time, He was very efficient in carrying out the examination and retest, checked and cleaned both ear pieces, no great problems, he did alter the volume,which l find satisfoctory. It was a very good retest, He did also call me to check that all is satisfactory with the new adjustment.
