I was met with kindness and courtesy. My hearing test was undertaken with professionalism and efficiency taking me through it step by step. My hearing has been deteriorating lately and this was picked up.on immediately. I was advised to see my Doctor and request a urgent hospital appointment. A copy of my last three tests was sent to me the next day which I took to my Doctor and am waiting for a Hospital appointment. All through my visit David was kind helpful always polite and professional and I would recommend him without hesitation.
