Very helpful receptionist, provided me with all the information i needed regarding the telephones. The audiologist lilly was very helpful, charming, and certainly went out of her way to provide me with some excellent hearing aids. She initially asked me numerous questions about my hearing the results were substantiated from the very comprehensive hearing test to enable me to be fitted with suitable hearing aids.
