The explanations were v clear,he was v. Patientwhen I obviously didn't quite understand & repeated instructions in a slightly different way until I did.however I feel a written paper with pictures showing exactly where things should be put would reduce my anxiety I was doing tHings wrong.I am still not confident over changing things,yet feel I need to clean etc.
