People, do not go to Klerksdorp Hi-fi Co-operation! I made a application a week ago to buy a TV and a car radio. They said it will take +/- 8 hours to receive feedback. Every day I phoned the branch to hear about my application. There were always excuses like my id photo is not clear or - believe it or not - I did not give much address for them and I must send a proof of address to them!!! A did what they asked me. A week later I am stiiiiiiiiil waiting for feed back. Today when I phoned them to hear what is going on, the next day excuse is that they're Head Office said I much go back to the branch and make sure a new application because there are to many queries about my application. According to the people who work there they do not know who handled my application and there are no records of who did work with it!!! Just imagine, I made a full application, signed all the documents and was told I will receive feedback within 8 hours but I - according to them, failed to show and give proof of my address and my ID!!!!! This is absolutely crazy!!!!!! I reported a complaint and was told a manager would contact me from Head Office within 24 hours to help me with my problem. Three days later I am stiiiiiiiiil waiting for a call!!!
