“A TV I ordered was delivered while I was overseas. When I returned and opened the box this weekend, I found that the screen was cracked. The packaging and factory seals were still completely intact, so it was delivered in that condition. I contacted HiFi Corp's call centre, but the response I was simply told that my case had been logged and that it could take up to two weeks before I receive any feedback. In the meantime, I have paid for a brand new TV but have nothing to use. I cannot even take the TV to Hifi to be assessed.”
