Also the same Item you said was out of stock is still on your online store… I dont see how when we have the most progressive Banking system in SA I must be subjected to wait 10 days for a refund because of your employees not doing their job diligently and checking your online items and remove accordingly when you no longer have stock.. please process my refund. “I purchased a brand new Hisense fridge from HiFi Corp and experienced issues from day one. The internal water dispenser leaks due to what appears to be a faulty connection or poor finish on the tank inlet. This is not a setup issue — it is clearly a manufacturing defect straight out of the box.
On day two, the fridge door began making a loud noise every time it is closed, which is unacceptable for a brand new appliance.
I have asked multiple times about the replacement process while lodging my complaint, but have not received any clear response. This lack of communication has been frustrating.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I expected better quality control from Hisense and far better customer service from HiFi Corp. Based on this experience, I would not recommend either.”
