“I ordered an appliance online and not only did they delay my delivery with an additional 4 working days, they delivered it incomplete, after I had to call them numerous times. Now I am struggling to get the correct complete product. I have been calling for days now for an update and I've just been giving missed messages. I don't think I will ever order online by them again. This has been such a disappointment from a well known retail name.”
