“I recently bought the Univa U405-1 stove from Hifi Corp mainly because it was advertised as energy efficient and “plug and cook”, meaning it comes with a cable and plug already installed and does not require an electrician. This was a major selling point for me.
When the stove was delivered, there was no cable attached at all. Hifi Corp then told me I must buy a cable separately and also pay an electrician to install it. This is completely contrary to what was advertised and is, in my opinion, misleading.
I explained this to both Hifi Corp and Univa, but neither was willing to resolve the issue. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different brand.
I feel I should at least have been provided with the cable and plug as advertised. This experience has left me very disappointed and frustrated.”
“Hi Fi Corp Springfield park has pathetic in store service. I was lied to when I called in. Drove all the way to the store to be told another story. Most of the sales persons are braggers and are more interested in making false promises than actually being good service people. The manager instore did not speak to us but stood right in front of us. The other manager was apparently out of the store ... Never trust anything from most of the sales persons there.”

They dont communicate, if you call them , you have to wait for the whole hour for someone to answer your call ,HIFICORP IS A WASTE OF TIME ,I will never ever want to hear from them again.
