I bought a smart tv I didn't take it out from the box waiting to buy dstv nd install everything at once, on the day of the dstv installation the tv was not showing pictures was showing a grey screen, I took it to the nearest hi- corp they book it for repairs when I call how do they repair something that I didn't use a brand new tv , instead of them giving me a new tv they repairing it even today they haven't given me a tv they told me that only technicians that will determine that the tv should be repaired I can't buy a unit for R9000 before using it goes for repairs This is a daylight robbery till todate no response from them I really want my money back.
