Hifi is the worst company ever when it comes to customer service. The staff at Clearwater mall is unhelpful andnd everyone does their own thing. I went there 2 days jn a row and nobody called help just said come tomorrow. I eventually went to cresta where they assisted but had system issues for over an hour and stay left with no help. I'm still waiting for them to call me back
