Still waiting to resolve my issue with receiving 2nd hand goods. The warehouse promised to exchange but a week later I'm still waiting. Phoning is a complete waste of time as noone answers when transferred to "the correct department". Then I'm told by the receptionist she will find out and call me back. - still waiting. So sick and tired of wasting my time and money with this lot of couldn't cate less employees.
Tried to get through to management - mission impossible.
