Same day I received the appliance from HIFI Corp I requested a refund. It is now more than 3 months later. I have spoken to the customer service call centre more than 20 times and each time a Supervisor is not available and they tell me they will escalate it on there side.
3 Months 2 weeks later and. nothing
I will do my best to advise against anyone ever doing business with them
