I ordered a dishwasher online, I had to keep expediting delivery of which I was eventually told that they did not have the order in the system. I was then told there was no stock but there was one on the floor with a slight scratch on the top. 2 weeks later, I was called by the couriee, half past 10 at night requesting that hecould deliver. Obviously I declined, another week later it waa delivered to my son and daughter, a wedding present. How embarrassing, they sent me fotos, looked as if the dishwasher had fallen off the truck. Took another 2 weeks, they eventually collected the dishwasher, still waiting for my refund.....phone calls and no performance, I have always bought from HI Fi Corp, but they will never see me again...
