I was assisted by Lungelwa Mbala on the 15 February 2024 at the Mall of Africa. She's very passionate about her job. She's very competent and really excellent employee. I had an issue with my Samsung microwave and needed a refund and she was able to assist in resolving the issue. She a real asset to the company.
