I bought a TV from them in December Which has a 3 year warranty and the picture didn't appear after a few months so I phoned them and was told that it had to go in for repairs and it would take about 3 weeks . My husband is bedridden and I decided to buy a new one as it is a very small TV and not very expensive. I got hold of Sheril the manager and she said they were out of stock but she would get hold of the branches to find one and get it delivered to us. She phoned me to say that she had found one and organized payment online and The new one would be delivered the next day. Unbelievable service Sheril.
