I had to take a Canon Copier, Printer Scanner into Rosebank Jhb HiFi Corp shop. the only pleasant part of the experience was Nontokozo Memela at Customer Service. While I sat and waited for nearly an hour I appreciated her handling of two other customers - polite and empathetic. And the same with me when it was my turn.
I had to contact her for some documents later and she emailed them to me promptly.
