I had an extremely bad experience at the fridge department. I truly wanted to purchase a fridge no sales person came to my assistance.
As I walked away mentioning poor service I bumped into a young lady who came from the back and overheard me mentioning my dissatisfaction. She was courteous and wanted to assist, unfortunately she was too late as my mind was made up. So your shop missed a 13k sale.
