I purchased online since from 29 November 2024 since i have been waiting for my delivery, all im getting is sms that they were not able to deliver my parcel. Calling customer service is a totally waste of time, the consultants no nothing about the delivery and dont even have their numbers, they dont even bother to call the delivery department to check what is happening with thw order. I sent email simce the ticket was logged no one responded. I regrets buying from this store, their online service is horrible.
