I had a fridge delivered on Monday, 9th December 2024. On opening the packing we noticed that there was damage on the side. I logged a complaint the same day. It has now been a week since the delivery/complaint was made and to date not one person has bothered to contact me in any way to provide any sort of feedback or advise on replacement. When you call customer care, the phone just rings and rings without answer. It is absolutely useles. On the online chat service, all they keep saying is: "it has been escalated." This is really the worst after sales service I have ever received. What a shame on you. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service from Hi-Fi Corporation.
