We bought the Abby lounge suite online. The advertisement is deceiving. It is extremely uncomfortable, aggravates my lower back problems, it was the wrong colour and we've sent numerous emails in trying to get it returned and refunded. Hificorp made arrangements to pick it up twice and never showed. I'm going to the consumer's right act with this as this lounge suite does not fulfill the purpose it had been bought for originally.
