This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had so far. Even Chinese knock-off merchants like Temu and Shein handle deliveries far more efficiently than this brand.
An order that was supposed to arrive within 2–5 days is now taking weeks, and no one seems to have a clue what’s going on. Pepkor/JD Group’s delivery service is by far the most pathetic I’ve encountered.
Judging by the reviews here, this appears to be a common issue. I strongly advise anyone considering an online purchase from this store to look for alternative.
