I sent an eBay message as below to hifi-tower on September 5.
For 5 days I have not received an answer. Only rude excuses from Can Koprulu.
Can anyone help me with the below questions, please:
1) Does your company operate under UK law?
2) What is your complaints procedure?
3) Are you a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme (ADR)?
What happened before:
hifi-tower RECEIVED ALL THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AT THE REQUEST AND TOLD ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS THEY SENT ME.
They received the broken product back.
Near 2 months have passed since then and every week I receive a letter from them: "I have forwarded your information request to our management department."
So they got my money and the goods (as THEY asked for).
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THEFT.
